1. Are my payments secure?

Yes, all of our transactions are encrypted using industry standard equipment to ensure that only the credit card company will see your private information.

2. How long until I receive my order?

Depending on the shipping method you chose, anywhere from 2 to 10 days. We ship with the United States Post Office.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, American Express, and MasterCard), as well as Personal Checks and Money Orders.

4. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

Only certain states must pay sales tax, you will be notified if taxes apply to your order before completing the checkout.

5. What are your normal business hours?

Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

6. Do you offer gift cards?

We currently do not offer any gift cards.

7. What is your return policy?

Within 10 days of receipt of merchandise you can return merchandise and receive 100% credit back to your account.

8. Our gift wrap service?

It is upon request we will gift wrap your present according to the occassion. Just send e mail and let us know.
